will make the Keynote address to the Green Zia Environmental Excellence
Awards Luncheon on September 30, 2003 at the Santa Fe Hilton. ECI
is an award winning technology company based in Albuquerque, with

Mc Gowan's comments
will focus on how technological and management systems are being
utilized globally, and in New Mexico, to create cost efficient businesses
